Have you ever wondered why you like some works of art, while others don’t grab you in quite the same way? Are you curious about what exactly it is you are looking at or for?

Join museum educators and art historians in single lecture sessions designed to inspire close looking and conversation around works of art. Topics vary, from exploring artistic techniques and mediums to making yourself at home with abstract art, and participants will leave with a keen eye for detail, a new set of looking tools, and an expanded ability to connect with many types of art at the Denver Art Museum (and beyond).
