Instructions for Members

I have never purchased tickets online before. How do I do that?

Our system has to link your membership to create access to member pricing.

  1. On the “Log In To Your Account” screen, click on “Create a member account” in the “Yes, I am a member” in the “Customers Without an Account” section.
  2. Provide your membership number, last name, and zip code. Your six-digit membership number appears on your membership card and in the address section of any mailer.
  3. Choose a username and password.
  4. Continue on to the item you’ve selected.

I have purchased tickets online before, but I have forgotten my username. How do I sign in?

  1. On the “Log In To Your Account” screen, click on “Forgot?” next to Username in the “Returning Customers” section.
  2. Enter your e-mail address associated with the account.
  3. Click “Retrieve Username” and it will be e-mailed to you.

I have purchased tickets online before, but I have forgotten my password. How do I sign in?

  1. On the “Log In To Your Account” screen, click on “Forgot?” next to Password in the “Returning Customers” section.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and username associated with the account.
  3. Click “Retrieve Password” and it will be e-mailed to you.

Instructions for Non-Members

I am NOT a member and never have purchased tickets online. How do I purchase tickets online?

  1. On the “Log In To Your Account” screen, click on “No, I am not a member” in the Customers Without an Account section.
