You are invited to join The Museum Associates, a dynamic group that supports the Denver Art Museum’s mission to enrich our cultural community through programs and exhibitions, many of national and international import and rarity. Membership offers unparalleled access to the DAM and its collections. Privileges include an unlimited entry for eight to the museum plus invitations for two to private exhibition previews and opening receptions, private home collection tours, lectures with artists and art luminaries, and art-related travel opportunities. Opportunities throughout the year cover all nine museum curatorial departments and give members the chance to meet curators, museum leaders, and other art enthusiasts.

The levels of The Museum Associates are as follows:

  • $5,000 First 100 Museum Associates
  • $2,500 The Museum Associates 
  • $1,500 Senior Museum Associates (65 & older)
  • $1,000 Young Museum Associates (45 & younger)

Tax Deduction

As a nonprofit organization, the Denver Art Museum is required by the IRS to provide written disclosure of the fair market value (FMV) of benefits received.

For tax year 2019, the tax-deductible portion of memberships is as follows:

Senior/Student/Teacher $45; Individual $55; Dual $75; Family $83; Sustaining $148; Contributing $203; Supporting $365.

    2020 Annual Meeting

    Tuesday, March 10, 2020 - 5:00pm6:30pm.

    Members are invited to the Denver Art Museum's Annual Meeting.

    Business at this meeting includes nomination of trustees, a report on museum activities, and an opportunity to learn more about our 2020 exhibitions.

    Reception before the meeting at 5 pm in El Pomar Grand Atrium; meeting in Lewis I. Sharp Auditorium at 5:30 pm.

    Open to DAM members only.

    Seating is limited; reservations are free, but are required.

    Reservations will open January 3 at 10 am, and must be made by February 28. More

    Norman Rockwell: Imagining Freedom Member Preview

    Friday, May 1, 2020 - 10:00am5:00pm.

    Join us for a preview of Norman Rockwell: Imagining Freedom, which will showcase Rockwell's war-era artworks.

    Focusing on critical themes that made Rockwell stand out from his contemporaries, the exhibition presents how the artist and his contemporary illustrators became important storytellers who advanced important civic ideas through their creative advertising and imagery.

    Ticket reservations will open for members at 10 am on March 27. Timed entry tickets are required for the Member Preview. More

    Members enjoy free advance access to new and reimagined spaces, from the dynamic Learning & Engagement Center to three expansive galleries inside the Martin Building.

    This two-day Member Preview includes access to ReVision: Art in the Americas, the first exhibition to open in the newly renovated Bonfils-Stanton Gallery.

    For this special opening celebration, the Martin Building will be open 10 am-7 pm.
