Students using perception skills on a field trip at the Denver Art Museum

Perception Games & Skills

Grades 3-6

Students investigate art across cultures and time, forming their own opinions through examination and collaboration. Transformative gallery conversations reveal that no two people see precisely the same thing.

Testing visual memory, drawing comparisons, identifying differences, and evaluating art provide many different ways to engage with art, have fun, and support student development.
