Enter a world where technology and live-action meet for a story of opposites in a realm of fantasy, inspired by the creative practice of Michael Sperandeo and The Light Show.

SPECIAL IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Alpha & Omega (by Michael Sperandeo), an interactive story with a live-action video game experience. The demigods, Alpha and Omega, have been banished from the astral world by their mentor, Tetractys, and thrown into the Denver Art Museum. Help Alpha and Omega get back to the astral realm by finding all the pieces of their portal machine and following them into the final battle.

1. Create a character: LARP!, 6-9:30 pm, level 1 atrium.

Live action role playing. Create your character and become part of the story of Alpha and Omega. Join a clan, choose a kingdom, and embark on a quest.

2. Download the Alpha & Omega game to your smartphone

3. Get a Scent Crystal, 6-9:30 pm, level 3 & 4 Atriums.

Marsha Mack adds to the multisensory experience of Alpha & Omega with scent. Pick up a scent crystal on your way into The Light Show.

4. Play the Game, 6-9:30 pm, level 3 & 4 galleries.

5. Find the Beacon, 6:15, 7, 7:45, 8:30 pm, level 4 gallery.

Electronic meets Classical in these sound performances that mark the conclusion of your quest. Find the Beacon, solve the puzzle, and receive a prize. (Performances by Felix Fast4ward and Peter Lorenzen)

6. Join the Final Battle, 9:15 pm, level 1 atrium.

Untitled Final Friday is the DAM’s monthly late-night program featuring unconventional experiences developed in collaboration with local creatives and community members.

The theme changes each month, exploring new perspectives inspired by artwork on view in exhibitions and by the DAM’s collection.

Untitled is free for members and includes general admission to the museum. Students with valid ID receive two-for-one tickets during Untitled.
