Art & About Tours are designed especially for visitors with early-stage Alzheimer’s or dementia, and their care partners.
During this monthly interactive and conversation-based tour, we invite visitors to experience, explore, and connect with art as well as each other. Themes change on a monthly basis.
Join us on the second Thursday of each month for refreshments from 1-1:30 pm and a tour beginning at 1:30pm.
Tour and general admission to the museum are free for registered participants. Space is limited.
For specific program information and to register, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 720-913-0074.
Our Creative Aging programs have been designed for those age 55+ but are open to adults of all ages.
Adult and Access programs are supported by the William Randolph Hearst Endowment for Education Programs, Nancy Benson Education Endowment Fund, CenturyLink Endowment, and Jim Kelley and Amie Knox Education Endowment Fund. Funding is also provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, NextFifty Initiative, Colorado Creative Industries, Denver Post Community Foundation, and the citizens who support the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD).
