Engage with Local Artists Online

At the Denver Art Museum, our local creative community includes some of our most inspirational collaborators. From Untitled: Creative Fusions, to our Creative-in-Residence program, to weekend demonstrations in the Studio, local artists are integral to DAM programs.

Because of COVID-19 health and safety requirements, our interactive Studio is currently closed and artist demos that used to happen in the Studio are moving online. We’re excited to share the amazing work of local artists in new ways—via tours of their studio, hows-to tutorials or different techniques, and Spotify playlists for creative inspiration.

Right now, listen to some music with Suzy Savoy and in the video below you can learn about ruralcore illustration with Robert Martin.

Over the summer, be on the lookout for more ways to connect to an artist’s practice—here on our website, on social media, and on YouTube!

The Studio and related programming are generously sponsored by the Robert & Judi Newman Family Foundation. Image at top courtesy of artist Danielle SeeWalker.
