Teacher Programs at the DAM

Celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week

Teachers get 2-for-1 General Admission to the DAM May 3-8*

Calling all teachers! May 2-8 is National Teacher Appreciation Week. Here at the Denver Art Museum, we love teachers, and we want to show our appreciation for the inspiring work you do.

Come in with your school ID from Tuesday, May 3 to Sunday, May 8 to receive 2-for-1 general admission and $2 off Samurai: Armor from the Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Collection (*tickets must be purchased onsite). We can’t wait to see you here!

Why do we love teachers here at the museum? Here are 5 ways teachers inspire us at the DAM:

1. They cultivate creativity.

2. They are lifelong learners.

3. They know the power of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, math).

4. They bring the art of the world into the classroom...

5. …and they bring the classroom into the world of art.
