Tactile Tables allow museum patrons, including those who are blind or low vision, the opportunity to experience exhibitions in a hands-on format.
June’s Tactile Tables will highlight western American art in conjunction with the exhibition The American West in Bronze, 1850–1925. Learn about the bronze sculpture casting process and more on level 7 of the North Building.
Tactile Tables are a drop-in format and are facilitated by specially trained docents.
This program will be repeated on June 8 from 10 am–1 pm.
Reservations are appreciated but not required. Interested participants should contact Sally McCance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
