Members-Only Lecture: A Masterwork Discovered (March 22)

A rare early Italian painting by the Venetian artist Canaletto has been discovered in the Denver Art Museum's collection. We invite you to listen to a lecture by Angelica Daneo, Associate Curator of Paintings and Sculpture, and James Squires, Associate Conservator of Paintings, discussing the painting's unique history and conservation treatment.

Due to popularity of this topic, two additional lectures were scheduled for March 7 at noon and March 22 at 10:30 am.

As space in the galleries is limited we encourage members attending this program to see the painting in advance of this presentation. It is on view in the North Building on level 6.

Doors open at 10 a.m. Tickets are $5. Members only. Advance registration is required. For more information, call 720-913-0130.
