Helpful Tips for Exploring Mi Tierra

Lo siguiente está disponible en español.

Here are some tips and general guidelines to help you prepare for your visit to the Denver Art Museum exhibition Mi Tierra: Contemporary Artists Explore Place.

  1. The exhibition is included in the price of general admission. General admission tickets can be purchased online for $8–$13 for nonmember adults; tickets are free for members and youth under 18.
  2. Find yourself lingering with thoughts about the installations? Stop by the conversation lounge inside the exhibition and post topics to spark conversations with other visitors.
  3. Guests are welcome to take pictures of and interact with select artworks. Photography for personal use is permitted, but guests are reminded to turn off the flash, ditch the tripod, and be conscious of their surrounding space. Make sure to tag photos on social media with the hashtag #MiTierraDAM and Denver Art Museum geolocation.
  4. To protect the art and for your own comfort, the DAM asks that you store bags and backpacks (including purses) exceeding 13” x 17” x 8” before you enter gallery spaces. Free lockers are available on level one and the lower levels of each building for your convenience.

Guests are welcome to pose any additional questions at the museum welcome centers on level one of each building, or ask in advance by calling 720-913-0130. Museum volunteers and staff also are happy to help answer questions throughout the museum complex.
